ConspiracyJFKForum is for the discussion & debate on the Warren Commission's myth of a Lone Gunman. Long since discredited by researchers and further investigations - the myth of Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone gunman still continues to live on in the main stream media.

David Talbot

Kennedy Assassination Intrigue Swirls in D.C. Federal WASHINGTON (CN) – The journalist behind Salon.com has brought a federal complaint* [1] to get records on the ex-CIA official at the center of congressional investigations into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. David Talbot, who has claimed in books and articles that Kennedy’s assassination was a conspiracy, says he asked the State Department and CIA for travel records and other documents about William “King” Harvey. At the CIA, Harvey worked on a program known as ZRRIFLE that recruited criminals in Europe to help conduct assassinations for the United States. Talbot also requested “passport and visa records” on F. Mark Wyatt, a former CIA officer who Talbot claims suspected Harvey knew of the assassination in advance. “F. Mark Wyatt attended a CIA meeting with Harvey on Sardinia in Nov. 22, 1963,” the complaint states. “When news of the Kennedy assassination reached them, Harvey blurted out remarks that led Wyatt to suspect that Harvey had prior knowledge of the Kennedy assassination.” Talbot wanted any photographs that the CIA had of Wyatt and Harvey. He notes that Harvey worked with Mafia members to try to take out former Cuban Prime Minister Fidel Castro, but was forced out of the program in 1962 after he sent “a series of raiding parties into Cuba at the height of the Cuban Missile Crisis.” In his 12-page complaint, filed Friday with a federal judge in Washington, Talbot says the State Department gave him just 5 full pages of the 10 documents on Wyatt it found. Talbot says the department took two years to let him know that it had no responsive records on Harvey. The CIA meanwhile turned over 419 pages of records, but it denied Talbot a fee waiver reserved for members of the media. Talbot says these CIA files also proved to be highly redacted. He says the agency searched only two departments for Harvey’s travel records. The agency did turn over a single photo of Harvey. The complaint includes little detail about what Talbot hopes to find in the documents, beyond citing articles and books he has written on the subject, including a November 2015 Salon article titled “Inside the Plot to Kill JFK: The Secret Story of the CIA and What Really Happened in Dallas.” James Lesar, Talbot’s attorney, has not returned a request for comment. A spokesman for the CIA declined to comment, citing department policy to not comment on ongoing litigation. On the same day Talbot filed his suit, U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth tossed out* [2] an unrelated suit about footage of the Kennedy assassination. While the most-complete film of the shooting is credited to Abraham Zapruder, a Russian immigrant living in Texas, the government also studied footage of it on Orville Nix’s home-movie camera. Gail Nix Jackson brought a $10 million complaint in 2015 after the National Archives and Records Administration told her that her grandfather’s original footage had gone missing, along with the chain-of-custody index. Lamberth dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction, saying the case belongs in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, not U.S. District Court. Nix’s footage captured the Kennedy motorcade rolling through Dealey Plaza from opposite the grassy knoll. The FBI and the House Select Committee on Assassinations used the film to investigate the shooting, but Nix also sold his footage to UPI for $5,000. Jackson learned that the House Select Committee on Assassinations took possession of the original footage in 1978, and that committee was supposed to turn over the film to the National Archives when it completed its tenure.

Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons... #40 Refuted.

(40) The four cartridge shells found at the Tippit murder scene were fired from Oswald's revolver.

Chain of custody issues raise their ugly head again. I'm quite sure that many people are aware that radio transmissions from the scene of the Tippit murder stated that the murderer was armed with an automatic. This is easily determined from the cartridges. Revolver cartridges have a rim that's larger than the case body - that stops the cartridge from moving too far into the cylinder chamber. Automatic cartridges, on the other hand, have a rim the *same size* as the case.

There are two revolver cartridges shown here - can you spot them among the automatic cartridges?

The differences to an experienced police officer are obvious and can VERY QUICKLY be determined... but this caused a problem because Oswald didn't carry an automatic.

It's Truly Amusing How Easy It Is...

To run off believers...

All you have to do is keep citing & quoting the evidence... and believers just get frustrated and leave.

The list of believers who've run from me is long... although mostly trolls, it also includes believers well versed in the evidence, such as John McAdams, Henry Sienzant, Patrick Collins, David Von Pein and others...

Believers simply cannot explain the evidence in terms of their faith - and get irritated every time I point it out.

The evidence is WELL EXPLAINED in terms of a conspiracy - yet doesn't fit the Warren Commission's theory at all.

Which explains why the Warren Commission simply lied about the evidence they collected.

And despite my posting of the "Provable Lies Of The Warren Commission" for many years now - there's *STILL* no answers to them.

Our most recent believer was posting anonymously as "Hollywood" - although he admitted to being the anonymous "Dale" of the Amazon Forums. Unfortunately, due to childish behavior, Hollywood has been placed in a moderation queue - where any future posts he makes will be censored for his frequent ad hominem attacks.

But my crystal ball tells me that like the previous list of believers, "Hollywood" too will disappear...

The evidence simply isn't in their favor.

Provable Lies Of The Warren Commission #2

"On Friday, November 1, Oswald did cash a Texas Unemployment Commission check for $33 at another supermarket in Irving..." (WCR 331)

"Mrs. Tarrants stated as best as she recalls, on Thursday night, October 31, 1963 LEE HARVEY OSWALD appeared at the cashier's cage and presented the above check to her and requested that it be cashed." (CE 1165 pg 6)

Notice that yet again, the actual TESTIMONY is in conflict with what the Warren Commission said it was... The Warren Commission had no evidence for Oswald cashing a check on Friday, rather than Thursday - but this wouldn't have fit the evolving storyline. The WC clearly didn't want to provide proof that a Thursday visit to Irving was not unique - for their theory needed a unique visit on a Thursday to pick up a rifle. They simply lied in order to do so.

Clinton's Impeachment... Modern Schooling.

It's truly funny just how many people have never learned the most basic facts about America.

Here's the silly statement quoted:

Anthony Marsh Wrote:They already tried to impeach Bill Clinton and failed.

You can find the original thread here.

Now, I hope that no readers in this forum would make such a monumentally stupid assertion. Former President Clinton was impeached - that's merely historical fact. He was not convicted - that's also a fact.

And, like all believers in the Warren Commission, Anthony Marsh has thus far refused to correct his statement, even doubling down on it in the same forum - asserting that: "They tried, [to impeach] but they didn't have enough votes."

Of course, this is the same person who claimed that Dr. Humes burned paperwork in his fireplace on Saturday, then denied he'd said that.

So Anthony isn't an honest person... but clearly - neither is he an educated one.

Provable Lies Of The Warren Commission #1

Speculation. - Tippit and his killer knew each other.

Commission finding. - Investigation has revealed no evidence that Oswald and Tippit were acquainted, had ever seen each other, or had any mutual acquaintances. (WCR 651)

"...recalled the person now recognized as Oswald was last seen by her in the restaurant at about 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, at which time he was "nasty" and used curse words in connection with his order. She went on to relate that Officer J.D. Tippit was in the restaurant, as was his habit at about that time each morning, and "shot a glance at Oswald." She said there was no indication, however, that they knew each other. (CE 3001)

The WCR lied when stating that there was no evidence that Oswald and Tippit had ever seen each other.

Vincent Bugliosi Was A Liar...

"I can assure the conspiracy theorists who have very effectively savaged Posner in their books that they're going to have a much, much more difficult time with me. As a trial lawyer in front of a jury and an author of true-crime books, credibility has always meant everything to me. My only master and my only mistress are the facts and objectivity. I have no others. The theorists may not agree with my conclusions, but in this work on the assassination I intend to set forth all of their main arguments, and the way they, not I, want them to be set forth, before I seek to demonstrate their invalidity. I will not knowingly omit or distort anything. However, with literally millions of pages of documents on this case, there are undoubtedly references in some of them that conspiracy theorists feel are supportive of a particular point of theirs, but that I simply never came across." - Vincent Bugliosi

"Although Carrico was unable to determine whether the throat wound was an entrance or exit wound, he did observe that the wound was "ragged," virtually a sure sign of an exit wound as opposed to an entrance wound, which is usually round and devoid of ragged edges." - Reclaiming History, pg 413

"Dr. CARRICO - Yes. And this wound was fairly round, had no jagged edges, no evidence of powder burns, and so forth." WC Testimony.

Vincent Bugliosi was a liar.

Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons... #39 Refuted.

(39) The bullets recovered from Tippit's body were consistent with being fired from Oswald's .38.

This is simply another way of saying: "We couldn't honestly state that we found any matches". This is one of the biggest stretches the Warren Commission made - they knew they had a fairly weak case against Oswald, so by framing him with the Tippit killing, they believed that they could influence people to believe the killings were somehow related.

But it really makes no sense at all.

The Warren Commission even went to the trouble of 'expert witness shopping' - since their FBI ballistic experts declined to match any Tippit bullets to the alleged Oswald pistol. They found Joseph Nicol willing to match one of the bullets... however, as Dale Myers (no friend of critics) has written:

Dale Myers Wrote:One ballistic expert, Joseph D. Nicol, did find "sufficient individual characteristics" on one of the four bullets to reach the conclusion that it had been fired from Oswald's revolver to the exclusion of all other weapons. However, none of the eight ballistic experts who have examined the bullets agree with Nicol's positive identification.

You won't find Vincent Bugliosi telling you this...

Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons... #38 Refuted.

(38) Oswald was the sole owner of the revolver found in his possession on arrest.

It's possible... I find the evidence that Oswald owned a pistol far stronger and more credible than that for the Mannlicher Carcano. But owning a pistol that wasn't used to shoot JFK and could not be ballistically matched by the FBI for the Tippit murder is just as credible evidence against Oswald as the thousands of other people in Dallas that day who owned a pistol.

Indeed, the police arresting Oswald all had pistols. The mere possession of a legally owned firearm has never been 'proof' that someone committed a crime.

George HW Bush

A question occurs to me which clearly occurs to *no* believers...why can't George HW Bush remember where he was during a moment in history that even 5-year-olds can recall with perfect clarity?

In fact, I think the entire Bush clan has plead amnesia on this case.

As I patiently wait for this ghoul to die, I wonder how much spoliation of evidence occured during Bush Sr's tenure as CIA director, and how that will affect October's disclosure of documents.
